Chanel No. 5: Restrained elegance and iconic restraint

So, so good from Chanel (@chanelofficial) shot by Karim Sadli (@karimsadli)! Both the product and model shots are highly resolved, brand-faithful visuals, strong in form and light, but emotionally quite distant. They prioritize iconic status over sensory intimacy or narrative. Chanel No. 5 L'EAU's campaign with Margot Robbie holds to that restrained, untouchable elegance the house is known for.
Guerlain KissKiss Bee Glow: High-specular gloss and crisp reflections

The gloss on this Guerlain (@guerlain) KissKiss Bee Glow shot by Charlotte Wales (@charlottemwales) is doing a lot of heavy lifting in a good way. The whole image is built to sell that ultra-shiny, juicy finish: high-specular highlights on the bullet and cap, tight reflections, and a very controlled, almost wet-looking surface that makes the packaging feel expensive and sensorial.
The CGI/graphic florals in the background push it firmly into campaign visual rather than realistic still life, but they're on brand for luxury beauty. They frame the product, echo the honey/flower story, and create a soft, dreamy field so the chrome-like gloss stands out even more. The image has very bright, crisp speculars on glossy packaging, the environment simple so those reflections read clean, and the texture of the product takes center stage while the illustrative elements stay slightly out of focus and supportive, not competing.
Chanel Les Beiges: Warm translucent skin and golden-hour glow

The shot reads way more "golden-hour desert" than "cool water-fresh" from Chanel (@chanel.beauty) shot by Jamie Heath (@jamie_heath). The color story is all warm: bronzy skin, peachy tones, soft golden light, and probably a slightly hazy grade that pushes everything into that late-summer heat feeling.
The "water-fresh" idea comes more from the finish than the palette: skin looks thinly veiled, not heavy. There's translucency, minimal texture, and that subtle wet gleam from Baume Essentiel that mimics moisture without actually cooling the scene down. Concept-wise I'd call it: hot, languid summer evening where the product keeps skin looking hydrated and fresh even when the light and atmosphere are warm and dense. The tension between the name and the visual temperature actually works. Les Beiges Coastal Summer leans into sun-warmed luminosity, and the translucent finish delivers that veil-thin texture without fighting the heat.
Chloé perfume: Floral framing that keeps the bottle center stage

I was thinking about the composition of the photo with two large red flowers from Chloé (@chloe) shot by Zoë Ghertner (@zoeghertner). How come the big red flowers on the top don't take all the attention from the bottle? Here's my verdict: the Chloé bottle stays the focus because the flowers are treated like a soft frame, not a subject. The big blooms on top create a canopy that leads the eye downward, while the small white flowers at the bottom act as a subtle base that anchors the bottle in the frame, balances the weight of the top flowers, and gently points your attention back into the glass and logo rather than pulling it away. Also, the bottle is in the middle ground and sharper, so your brain immediately recognizes it as the most important object.
Givenchy beauty flat lay: Warm summer styling with directional composition

Beautiful relaxed flat lay from Givenchy (@givenchybeauty) shot by Norbert Schoerner (@dayfornightlab)! The warm yellow bags of pears clearly point to summertime and give that energy and warmth. The pink comes in as a softer, more romantic accent. Together, they read as playful luxury. Compositionally, those yellow prop bags running diagonally create a strong directional line that leads the eye through the frame. The pink perfume and opened gloss in the middle act as the visual pause and focal point, and the black glasses add more attitude and character.
